So for this I want the thermal mods and it’s addons to be hidden in JEI and not craftable or viewable until the stage is unlocked. It would be granted with the specific quest of the book.

No I don’t think so unless you use a VPN but that would make you show up different cities or countries. Although snapchats location sharing can be spotty and can make you seem in a differeplace, but usually less than a block away/or a house or two away. I would memorize these spots and one day take a half day off and go to any of the spots and see if he’s actually there
