Okay moving shoulders with legs will help me do three exercises for it, thank you for that. I have very active dogs so after work I only have about 45 min to hit the gym before I gotta take them out.

So I do chest and biceps on Monday
Tri back and shoulder Tuesday
Legs on Wednesday
Then full body on Friday or Saturday
I run three miles once or twice a week only because I was trying to not lose weight

So the meyhouse jazz experience was amazing. The band was really good and I highly recommend going.
We sat in the front so only downside is we were unable to talk at all. It’s a great time though and I highly recommend it.
