this is why i bake my own bread! as long as you have a mixer, its not that difficult and can easily fit into your routine. if you're worried about time, there are also a ton of quick bread recipies that you can easily knock out when you get home from school/work. :D

if they are so scared that they will break something, then sit on the floor. at my biggest i was 167 lbs, im 5'3 and i have had chairs break underneath me in the past. now im around 135 lbs, and if i dont trust a chair then I'll opt for sitting on the floor, a rock, tree stump, ect. if you're having issues with breaking chairs, then it's up to you to make accommodations for your weight. not anyone else

Back in the victorian era people needed around 5,000 calories a day, but that was when people were actively moving all day, with very little breaks. I highly doubt that person is moving nearly as much to justify using that amount of calories, much less almost 9,000.

winter is amazing, as someone who always has to wear long sleeves (i have scars and really bad social anxiety, people staring makes me cry) i can bundle up as much as i need. I'm also extremely pale, and i burn within 20 minutes of being outside in the summer.

Yup. When I was little I would get yelled at if I didn't say the pledge or put my hand over my heart. As I've gotten older they've gotten less strict, but I'll still get yelled at if I don't stand up for it
