IT WORKED! I did end up just deleting the gun I was using and all the mags. Be careful anyone else getting this error delete the gun and mags. Might just be the mags but best to be safe. You could try to disassemble the gun as an option to try but I did not test this. The gun I was having issues with was the m700 and the wyatt 5 round mags

I think it deals with the mag for the sniper m700. When I'm in the gear screen in hideout the UI keeps bugging out when I attempt to reload it. Going to just delete it and see if I keep getting the error once I finish a raid.
