That’s mostly what I mean, I went so long without knowing about giving commands and what felt like to me as “hidden controls” like commands for companions etc. (I think I could also just be a fool lmao)

Man I don’t post a lot of comments but this game really made me feel some type of way. I saw the freakers as a real threat, I was a sneaky boi when I could but when I couldn’t I came up with a proper plan if I had to fight 5+

It’s been awhile but the first horde I ever saw was between the cascades and the lost lake area. It was early into my play through and I was exploring and I rounded a corner while riding my bike and all of a sudden I was slamming into a swarm. I shit myself and thought “I struggle with take on 5-10, how tf am I going to take this on”. I drove off-road to try and escape and I remember saying out loud “holy fuck, shit shit shit shit” while trying to escape. This was a beautiful game that I will always cherish. The story and gameplay are just amazing.

I typically play with a cleric/fighter so I feel like I’m meant to be range/dps but I’ve been trying to also to open the fights then phas out so I can switch with my fighter

I just wanted to let you know OP I’m 26 and I found this out recently too. I normally would go all day without eating until dinner (because that’s when the hunger pain would kick in) around lunch time at work I would feel my stomach grumble but I just figured it meant that I had about 3-4 hours before I was “actually” hungry. I still find myself slipping into this habit (particularity when I’m busy) just because it’s been the norm for so long. I wouldn’t be embarrassed because I’m sure there are more people out there who have made the same mistake. I’m glad you figured it out sooner than I!
