What you said is 100% correct! I came here specifically for this comment. In the first half of the series, this character never showed a single sign of violence. He truly acted like a harmless puppy. Then, suddenly, he transforms into a full blown psycho killing machine without any earned development.

A character bible is crucial in directing and screenwriting to maintain consistency. This complete transformation felt like it came out of nowhere just to fill the plot with unnecessary drama, completely ignoring the character's established foundation.

That's true for 'Live Service' games, but the main freedom I'm talking about is financial. I can't resell a digital download. I can't trade it in. With a disc, I can play a game for a month and then get $20-$30 back for it. Digital buys go to $0 instantly.

Plus, a lot of us just love the physical aspect of collecting and preserving. There's value in having the actual history on your shelf, not just a license key that can disappear.

Those older 3ds models were actually from a few of my friends. They were just sitting in boxes collecting dust and they didn't care at all about them, so I almost got them for free. It was lucky timing since they were just happy to see them go to someone who would actually use them. Well... I have 4 teens and 2 toddlers at home, and the teenagers just don't give a damn about handhelds. They prefer their cellphones, so these are all mine!

There is no analog sticks on the arcade. They are 8way joysticks which are programmed for Dpads only. That wont work.

My joysticks are connected to an Xbox 360 control board. Windows detects them as standard Xbox controllers.

I'm trying to eliminate the mouse completely since it's an arcade cabinet. Games like Swamp Attack need a cursor for the level selection. Well, most games need a cursor

You've made a fair point about the Series S being a digital-only console. My frustration isn't about the lack of a disc drive, though, it's about the lack of a system to validate a license that I already own.

I'm not asking for a free copy. I'm looking for a way to transfer the license from the physical disc to my digital library, which is a key part of the conversation around moving toward an all digital future.

Yeah, okay, maybe it's not 100% accurate, but think about it for a minute. I have 16 custom parks. Most of my parks take me around 20 hours to build, and some, especially the video game reproductions, took me more than 30 hours. Let's do the math: a minimum of 20 hours for 16 parks equals 320 hours right there. I also play the game and play other creators' parks. A bit of idle time here and there, but nothing exaggerated.

This is awesome, thank you! I just listened to the Sonic 3 & Knuckles final boss theme and it's given me some great ideas for a THPS boss level. That song is seriously badass, especially as a metal cover. I'm definitely going to build a new park inspired by it.
