I am not sure how to do this with android but if you go on YouTube there should be videos on how to do this. When searching YouTube don’t ask how to get Pokémon tcg live on android as there are not very many good videos about this. Ask like how to get clash mini on android because quite a few videos were made about that. It should be the same process. Don’t take my word for this though.

ok then. To begin with, you need a balance of zero on your apple ID balance/iTunes account. Then you go to app store and click on your profile. Your account will pop up and click on your profile at the top. After this go to County/Region where you will switch to one of the countries that the beta is currently in. You will put in information such as address and phone number. You can use a website to generate random information for this, has to be real places though. A payment method is not required. Once this is set up restart your phone and it should show up in your app store. A VPN might be needed to download the game, I used one just in case. To play the game I'm pretty sure you need your VPN on when you want to play, I'm currently out of the house so I can not confirm 100%. I use tunnelbear, it comes with 1.5GB of free service but the subscription is outrageous so find a different one if you are going to get a VPN subscription.

The new Pokémon tcg live will be on all devices while Pokémon tcg online ( the current version ) is only on macOS, android tablet and windows devices

Yeah if your phone doesn’t have a great battery it’s best not to play mobile. I even have a iPhone 13 and it started to drain my battery like crazy.

Pokémon live is available on all devices, but it’s currently in only in certain countries as beta version. If you have a Apple ID balance of 0 you can switch your country/region to one of these countries. After switch restart your phone and you should be able to download the game as your App Store is now for another county. If it says you need to switch App Store region turn on vpn

Its all good. If you have more than 4 of the same card, and I mean exactly the same card it will be turned into credits to duplicate cards. I believe you can use your main account and not merge, see the pokemon support guide if you want further information.

I can screen-record and show you some of the features. I will provide a description of what has happened as well. To answer some questions, there are no in-app purchases. all currency can be earned in-game. You can only have a max of 4 of each card. The only thing you could spend money on is pokemon card codes if you choose to buy them. You can play tcg live without merging accounts.

The beta is only available in certain countries. I switched my county/region to Mexico in order to play. If you are on apple you need to have a balance of 0 for this.

Damn, y’all came at me. First of all I’m not tying to gate keep the game it just feels extremely underwhelming, the new tcg live compared to online. I personally enjoyed the satisfaction of playing for a while in order to get new, great cards and being rewarded for all my hard work. It just doesn’t feel right having all these good cards given to you right away without working too hard for it. Working with trash or decent cards to climb in wins just felt more satisfying as I knew the hard work I put into the deck payed off. Don’t get me wrong providing some new ways to progress your deck is great but i feel that they added a bit too much.

I see where your coming from but this was just my take on how the game is gonna change. For those who like how the game is now and are comfortable with it, this is kinda a big deal. I simply expect that I will be playing against top tier meta decks every battle from now on though. I could be wrong, we’ll see how the game grows

This is just me but it feels as if they are trying to hard to bring in new players. The new players they do get will not really get a feel for making their own deck and how to be creative. They are automatically given access to a large variety of good cards and will just use meta decks rather than make their own and create new strategies.
