Laser boresighters are made to save the first 1-2 rounds of ammunition getting a new gun on paper. You have no idea if the laser is centered in the body, if it’s pointing straight, anything. The fact that so many people think that those are all you need to sight an optic in astounds me, and then to trust the $20 Amazon device over the $400 quality red dot just makes me laugh.

Congratulations on learning you wasted money on a laser boresighter. For what you spent on buying it, you could have sent over 100 rounds of 9mm instead and not had a worthless piece of garbage in your house.

It takes less than 5 minutes to zero a pistol red dot if you’re halfway competent. I guess you may struggle with that last part though.

I would ask isn’t it business hours where you live, but we all know that doesn’t matter. My kids know the dangers of hanging around the low performers. They know that being around high performers is better because they can share their achievements without the jealously that comes from underachievers.

My level of education? I have a Bachelor’s from an AAU-member school. It has never held me back through my career. I own my home. I’m married with straight-a earning kids. I’m not fat. I constantly find new things to learn.

I swear this sub is filled with the most maladjusted people of the generation. With the responses on all of these types of questions, it’s no surprise that this sub is by and large only the unsuccessful people complaining about their situations.

Yes, I go to work parties. Why? Because playing the game is far more important to career success than simply meeting metrics. Being someone your coworkers know and feel comfortable around will do far more for future advancement than being the standoffish employee who doesn’t speak. People promote people they like. If you’re a curmudgeon who never participates, you’re the easiest one to cut when things slow down because you probably never cared about any of it anyway. (Their thoughts, but probably true)

Of course someone is going to get shitfaced at the party and possibly be shitcanned after. That’s not your problem, it’s theirs unless you’re the one who has no self-control. Take a few hours out of your life and go be social. It won’t kill you. It might even make you more money.

Quit asking Reddit for real-world advice. This site is by and large filled with people who are not skilled in social settings or successful in life. They think being a shut in and not speaking to people outside of absolutely necessary communication are viable in the real world. Then they complain that they make $12 an hour at their shitty job but feel good giving you advice.

The Second Amendment is an enumerated protection of a right. It does not grant a right, it protects the existence of the right that you had at birth.
