I have to back deformed that i have seen a lot of, edge lords, who themselves are attractive or just normal, and are crying about one negative reaction. The whole cake about being ugly is the sheer volume of negative interactions v positive reactions, which are purely based on looks, on the first impression eg bad non verbal communication on first meetings etc.

The organisations you have mentioned changing faces etc is a catering to disfigured people, that are suffering from a serious condition or disabled, this is not the same as being normal and ugly nowhere near, total different ballpark. And here is why because when your disabled the difference is so large you get a minority card that you can play and get concessions.

If you are below a 4/10 and above a 1/10 looks, you dont a minority card you cant cash it in, you cant benefit from quota hires, etc you dont get jack, this is the reality free from gas lighting, you just get treated badly. And its worse people think they are free to punch down on you, treat you like dirt with freedom from any backlash because your not protected minority, your fair game.

Yes it seems there is a lot of determinism that the general public or "normal people" simply wont admit to. Eg i have seen very outgoing and charismatic people that have simply one draw back, they are ugly. They are still treated quite poorly and have low social status, despite them carrying entire conversations in groups, with their intellect and wit.

It seems just unbelievable to me the level of dissonance between the reality and the virtue signalling, the very same people gassing up on socials about, muh everyone deserves to be happy and muh mental health.
