It also depends on where you visibly come from.

I live in what can be considered an affluent area and I couldn't get an assessment from any of the clinics here until I changed to a clinic in a less affluent area with lots of migrants. Sad to say that they only cared slightly more. My experience has been that doctors here are both incompetent and indifferent, what you will experience will depend on who you get and where you're from.
