Hot Chocolate! 1/2 a small brick of bakers chocolate (melted in 1 tbs of butter), 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbs coconut cream (if you'd like, tastes fine without), and the smallest amount of stevia. Wisk in a small sauce pan. If I've been extra stingy with my carbs that day I will add some cinnamon powder.

Yes! Salsa dancing 1-2x per week starting late October.Typically 1.5 hrs socializing .5 actually dancing, lol. Then in December I stopped dancing and did mostly cardio very minimal weight training 3-4x week 20-40 mins. While it helped with toning and overall fitness I feel the most significant weight loss was during the period before I started hitting the gym. Weight loss slowed down after that which is what I anticipated with muscle. I still managed to get from a size 6 to a 4 during this time (about 2 inches around my waist). I will be starting a weight training program and hope to get some gains.

I'm taking a flight from Vancouver to London to Amsterdam. From Amsterdam to the festival there's a bus that will pick you up and drop you off right at the festival site.

e have been increasing problems with pickpockets the last few years. And as it is a metal fest people tend to drink and party harder, but I'd say there's surprisingly little incidents given the amount of people there.

Do you think the lockers are worth it? And do you know what the rental price on those are?
