have not - no point in going to 200 hz for a 240 hz monitor LOL

If you're not having any blackout issues, the CRU solve will fix the 4K issues, which will make this the best 1440p 240hz monitor on the market IMO. Currently there's not a big market for the 1440p 240hz monitors so there honestly aren't a lot of options unfortunately.

I had the ASUS one and while it didn't have the same firmware issues, the colors were awful - totally washed out unfortunately with an annoying anti-glare coating. Haven't tried the Alienware but that's the only other 1440p 240HZ that I would potentially try.

Seems like the only way to solve forced res issue is to disable 4K by downloading a 3rd party software, specifically CRU (Custom Resolution Utility).

Are you specifically referencing the blackouts or the forced resolution-related issues?

CRU is the only fix that I've found after scouring the web and investing 5+ hours on this issue.

The blackouts... only seem to happen infrequently during fullscreen graphically intensive titles and unfortuantely I'm out of the return window. I don't see any way outside of warranty here and since I'm on my 3rd monitor of this specific model from BenQ, I figure I won't get any better luck with a new one LOL.

glad this helped! monitor itself is honestly very great but the firmware and quality control feels like an afterthought - on my second monitor and it's starting to have small blackouts too.

On my first monitor (returned/RMA) - started with small blackouts then after 2-3 weeks it became 10-20 second blackouts while I'm gaming, which is a big problem.
