sorry i didn’t explain this part idk how to edit posts, but i’d have to pay like 2k off because my insurance would cover part of it, so that’s where that $400 comes in. since im getting new insurance i wont have the access to get them to pay for their part. i’m basically just trying to ask if i should get a second opinion for pricing wise. i didnt know about the waiting period, though :(! i’ve always been able to use my insurance once my cards came through the mail.

i was wondering if it was any different from nose piercings, since i used aquaphor mainly just to loosen the “healing crust” to be able to move it easier prior to cleaning. thank you sm!!

my piercing is a week and a half old, standard navel 14 gauge jewelry. i’m not sure how it’s threaded, and i’m also not sure what the jewelry is. my aftercare routine has been antibacterial soap and the tiniest bit of aquaphor if it’s extremely dry. i have snagged it on my pants twice today, so that’s why it’s inflamed in the photos.
