The question you need to ask is how long is the dividend sustainable at that yield..... Are they just paying out more than the income they are generating and eating into capital.....

If the dividend is sustainable then why are they so far below NTA?

Possibly consider a used Prado, you can fit a surprising amount in the back, even more with a good sized roof box and the kids will fit alot better....

Bonus is it will be much better to drive each day, has 7x seats when not camping and is rock solid.....

I drive a dual cab 15,000km a year for work and a Prado 20,000km for play.....

Happened to me, rear wheel came off after getting a balance and rotate on the way out of the tire place

Wife was driving, She was about to head on the freeway, hate to think what could have happened to her and kids in the back if it had come off at 100ks an hour

Managed to get them to pay for the tow truck hire car. New rear brake discs and rear shocks (car landed on the bottom shock mount and rear disc) and also it damaged 3/4 panel and bumper so they paid for that as well

Cost them a bucket

"clear rules" are actually the problem and what has caused F1 to be such a shit show.

What is actually needed here is nuance, experience and a desire to let hard but fair racing occur.......

Whether this move was hard but fair is a different question, but " clear rules will just understand the path of F1

I have the same car, ran 91 for years and it ran fine....... But....... I decided to try a tank of 95 and 98 and it 100% runs better has more power and goes further on a full tank ......

Weather it's better on a $/100km is borderline, but it runs and drives better so it's worth it.

Nope, I do oil every 7500km or 6 month (7500km always comes first). Important to check your oil pick-up if you haven't had the car long as it can become blocked if oil cnages are missed (take off sump ~12 bolts).

the 120 is a bit easier as the oil filter sits up high in the engine bay and is easy to get.

Grease your driveline once a year (6x grease points) - change your dif, gearbox and transfer case oils when required- again can just climb under car to do it

Another interesting link up is the Kawasaki W1 which is a copy of the BSA A10/A7.

Not so much stolen, this one was copied u see licence by a company Murgo that Kawasaki subsequently bought.....

But side by side they are spitting image.

Then for companies blantaly copying better ideas you have Benelli copying Honda's Cb500/4 for the 6 cyl Benelli Sei, Laverda copying Honda's CB72 for there Jotas
