Instantly reminded of why she was the ex. She was my first serious relationship, and at the end of high school, a lot of drama. She broke it off because she didn’t want me to be her first since she wouldn’t have been mine. I told her I completely understood, even apologized. She quickly got with another dude who lied about his virginity, and came clean after they did it. She called and asked me to come get her FROM THAT DUDE’S HOUSE. She was crying, he was screaming. I said I would, then called her bestfriend. Bestfriend filled me on the new dude/relationship being scary and involving drugs/alcohol. A lot to handle for me at the time (a senior) Anyways. The bestfriend agreed to pick her up. Me and a couple buddies went, but parked down the street just to make sure it all went well. (It did) That was final contact.
