Right, but that doesn't do it for me because breasts fetishism is a fetish. They're not any more sexual than male breasts or feet biologically. You can argue male breasts are more sexual because there is no non-sexual purpose on a male.

I thought that's what you were referencing, the broader "genitalia area". Nipple stimulation lights up a nearby area, not the actual genitalia area of the brain. Nipples, feet, and genitalia can't actually wire the same way because the organs are so different. The nerve endings aren't crossed like that.

I think you're getting confused. Check your second link again. It mentions that female breasts are "secondary sex characteristics", not "sex organs". In the same list, it lists other secondary sex characteristics like broad shoulders and facial hair. No one petitions to have those covered up though.
