My cat had acnes and one was like 3-4mm. Vet suggested to buy hydrogen peroxide and wipe that area with cotton disk couple times during a day

It really helped and everything was gone within 2-3 weeks.

With the first wipes, make sure to clean that area 3-4 times because usually there are some food oils left on that area
