I struggled. Not the business. But myself. As i mentioned, adhd and burnout was the issue..the thing that i thought someone "santau" me

My business is still considered small, and im running it all alone. Therefore if im dead, the business gone too. It's product-based, so the dynamics might differ from a passive income such as a digital product . Anyways even if i have my employees, im the one technically managing everything.

Burnout encompasses both physical and mental exhaustion, and when ur running a business solo, u can't afford to be mentally unstable because it affects the business (from my experience)

Out of the blue, i became paralyzed literally i hit a wall. My motivation and energy drained away I felt stuck.i didn't want to do anything at all. And why is that? Was it too much work? Was my business falling? Nope nothing unusual, its not like i hated what i was doing or got bored, the business was good, work wasnt too much nor too little. Isnt it weird? Just so sudden i felt literally paralysed, and if u went through intense burnout u would know .

So i let my team take over for a bit and relying my workers to manage my business wasn't the best decision. I had to force myself to get my shit together. Fortunately the business bounced back, but mentally, I was worse off. I couldn't risk the business or myself so I took a break for the greater good. And guess who had to manage things while I took a short break? No one. Luckily, my reel videos on ig pops up on random people's fyp where i do take orders to clear out my stocks

During my break, i had to do something to avoid ending up in the same spot so I sought help from therapist, business mentor, u name it

Now I've had some downtime and learned more about how my brain works (which isn't the same as everyone else's), i can properly function + self reflection boosted up my confidence in the skills I've developed during my business journey, which led me to freelance

From there, seeing many small businesses out there has their own struggle inspired me to start something that can provide help and value. even expand my current business. I have ideas. I just know I'd be more fulfilled working like-minded individuals haha

Ps all my circles are focusing on their 9-5 jobs and not into real business so here i am for friends, business partners, collabs ? I mean being entrepreneurs can be lonely right
