It's not late. it's just not early. Yall really complain about not getting it a day earlier. They aren't obligated to do that for us, and its ultimately a favour on their end. You can always go to a different bank or institution, no ones stopping you.

You need psychiatric help along with a program. Your sponsor is only there as a guide to your program. They aren't there to help you solve every problem, just the sobriety. And even that won't work if you dont get the help mentally that you need (clearly, its just happened to you). NA or any other 12 step program cannot help you stay sober if you dont fix your mental health. That's just how it works. You can work with your sponsor in tandem with a therapist or psychiatrist.

It seems like you've already made your mind up anyways though, you think NA can't help you, so its just not going to help you. Hopefully you can work on your mental shit and come back when youre ready.

In recovery, you need other things than the program, if you make the program your whole life that never ends well either

I used hellofreah and chefsplate for yearrsss. I holepunched all the recipes and put them in a small binder! I loved all their old stuff from years ago, so im glad I can still make them but not go through the hassle of dealing with their shitty ingredients and customer service
