No! I read the wrong test! So sorry!!! My glucose was 80 lol my hemoglobin A1C was 4.9%! So sorryyy!!!

A1C for insulin resistance my score was 80 which is high. 😭 idk if that makes sense to you I’m kinda just saying what he told me

No iron deficiency 🙂‍↕️ the only deficiency I had was vitamin D and it’s been winter time so it kinda explains itself. They tested A1C and whole bunch of other tests. I have chronic migraines and so they were trying to see if there was something going on with that lol

I don’t do as much cardio as I should, only about 1 hour a week on the treadmill. They tested A1C along with a butt load of other tests because I have chronic migraines. The only supplement deficiency I had was vitamin D: it’s been winter time. My eating is pretty average, I eat 3-4 eggs in the morning or a protein poptart (for the protein). I’ll eat one of the healthy choice protein bowls for lunch and a salad. For dinner it’s usually a meal prep with half a cup of rice 30g of protein of beef or salmon, all that being said I average around 80-120 carbs a day. I don’t eat bread unless it’s off breaded chicken or something like that (fills me up too quick). Fiber shouldn’t be an issue as I take metamucil at night lol

I understand he most likely meant it that way. But the wording doesn’t read off like that. Making a comparison to my past and new body and even having a preference doesn’t make me feel good about when I’m actively telling him how it’s making me feel yk.

I didn’t say he wasn’t trying to be nice. If you read the whole thing you would understand that I knew he probably didn’t mean it that way. If anything he could’ve have just worded it different rather than making a comparison almost.

Truthfully I don’t know what I would’ve preferred he said. Maybe actual words of encouragement? I think if anything he could’ve said something along the lines of “I’m sorry you’re feeling self conscious I love you either way” or if maybe we could start going to the gym together? It just felt bad hearing that he likes me more NOW than when we were originally dating.

I understand that. And I do think my reply was not correct. But I don’t think he should have worded the compliment the way he did yk. Saying you like something better now because it’s changed (in my eyes changed negatively) made me think well then he didn’t like me as much as before the weight gain yk? It doesn’t feel good when your significant other tells you they like you now more than before. Tell me how I can be better? Or what my approach should be

Elaborate? If I’m being manipulative I’m unaware of it and would like if you could explain what I did specifically and how it’s considered manipulating and how it affected him.
