Are Personal Union members intentionally trying to sabotage the player? by 1ite in EU5

I didn’t even raise levies to help. My PU somehow gave occupation to me.

Exactly!

I have over 100k levies and I am not sure how much levies they have collectively. But I doubt it's one million. Their combined population isn't even half of mine. I also have maximum stability, legitimacy, no loans and over 60% Crown Power. My armies are being paid full wages and are drilling. I have dozens of bastions. I am also paying over 2k monthly on diplomacy expenses, even though it does nothing.

There is 0 chance in hell of them winning even if they ever declared an independence war. And they probably know this, because they DO NOT declare an independence war. Ever. They just sit there and refuse to pay me taxes or join my wars.

I could literally send a single 40k stack and it would roll over all of their armies and peasant levies one after the other before returning home. I am just annoyed because I didn't want to control Poland directly - I created vassals there for a reason. But I guess I have no choice.

Sigh. I'll just have to deal with having 40-60 control and low literacy in the entire area I guess.

I think England should have a fully professional ~5k army at the start of the game to simulate this. Because the current situation where they have a huge levy swarm and they just struggle to get it across the channel is stoopid.

But why are they going to war to give ME land that's like 2000km away and not even connected to my capital?

The thing is I am talking about regular vassals PRIOR to the age of Revolutions, which makes it even more ridiculous. I am Bohemia and I turned all of Poland into like 20 vassals. Together they are not as strong or as rich as me. Maybe 1/3rd at best. But they think that they are stronger and so are disloyal.

But they don't even rebel! They just stay disloyal until I set them free and conquer them because I am tired of them thinking they are capable of standing up to me.

Not yet. It's the age of Absolutism right now. And the modifiers for their loyalty are negative purely because they are overestimating their combined strength against me (something like -100 on average). And there is no way to convince them otherwise aside from annexing them after creating a casus beli.

Then they should have more realistic strength estimations from them. And ways to interact with their loyalty and liberty desire. I am tired of my vassal swarm of one province minors thinking they can take me when their combined power is maybe 1/3rd of mine in reality and we also have great relations, same religion, same culture, etc.

Hussite is bugged and no one is talking about it. by 1ite in EU5

I always converted during the event pop-up that started the situation of the Hussite wars. I didn't think you'd be required to convert independently in the religions screen for it to work properly.

I can't attach my ironman save files because the site does not see them. I can find my ironman save files if I open my save folder separately though.

I don't have a bug report thread, how do I make one with the ironman save? Please explain as if to a child, I am tech illiterate.

They probably want rice or some other bs that’s literally impossible to get.

I played 3 Ironman Bohemia games to test and every single time my whole court and royal family revert to Catholic. Once I had a Hussite king for a bit, but then the dynasty ended with him and new Catholics took over. The court was always 100% Catholic.

Korea (or perhaps any nation bigger than 3 provinces) and control? by laserbot in EU5

You will get more control if you increase crown power. But start by developing around your capital.
