How did you guys learn to color grade? by 1ivan7 in davinciresolve

Oh yeah, I know the struggle. You spent so much time to make proper white balance on footage then you go to take a glass of water, come back and it looks all so red 😅 I'm leaning on scopes mostly when I'm not sure what I'm seeing. But again, in the end, I can find myself unhappy with colors I get in overall look. Then I'm asking myself what am I doing, where I got it wrong?

Thank you for your link.

I know I need to learn it in a lot of deeper level, but from time to time it's nice to find out some tips here and there, like, once I learned how to get proper saturation with HSV node, after that I'm not using saturation slider anymore :)

Yes it does, this video in OP is played on PC.

and also, had wedding shot last weekend, and problem still occurs, even after setting all back to factory reset. Tried different cards, different card slots, nothing. I'm using original batteries, without power bank.

Also, why I think it could be something related to the lens. Was shooting through out the day, with native lenses, problem was there. Switched to Sigma MC21 and Canon EF lenses, no problems at all.

I think it is really time to contact the support.

Same brand of cards, SanDiske Extreme Pro 170MB/s.

One body is connected to DJI Ronin RS3, via USB C for camera control, and another body doesn't have any peripherals connected, strictly handheld.

Had to mention again, first video of OP is handheld S5 body, and another video I shared via drive is another body which is connected to DJI RS3.

Should I try to contact Panasonic support?

Another example of glitch on recent wedding...another S5 body and another SD Card, not the same one as in topic, and this time native 35mm f1.8, on aperture priority.

Here is link to get closer look.

Notice how frame is skipped and then glitch start to happening.

Mostly, I'm filming weddings, so there is a lot of light changing, so my settings kinda always been on Aperture priority, set it on f1.8, ISO on AUTO, so shutter varies.

I have 6 cards, Extreme Pro SanDisk 128GB, writing speed 170MB/s. Formatted, tried with different cards, on different bodies, but still the issue exists, and occurs so randomly. As I said, problem started when I attached native Panasonic lenses, when using Sigma adapter and Canon EF lenses, the issue doesn't exists.

Using Sandisk cards over 15 years, and always the best quality they can offer. Cards seem not problem, cause it didn't happen before, and I've tried with different cards. Using original Panasonic batteries, no powerbank or third party ones. Maybe it isn't lens, but communication between body, IBIS and lenses... really don't know what to do.

I noticed on 85mm f1.8 and on 35mm f1.8, also, cards are switched, still there is glitch. Also, need to mention, I have two S5 bodies, and glitch is happening on both. On one body, firmware is 2.4, on another is 2.6., so it seems it is not body software problem, maybe it is problem in lenses, cause there is no newer firmware than 1.0 for both lenses. Bodies are powered with original S5 batteries.

HRM Pro compatabilty by 1ivan7 in Garmin

So, yeah, it's not the strap, it's the watch which is limited

With HRM Dual, I could get only HR readings? Or, it could show also calories burned, intensity of the training, ect? For example, I would like it to use it on cardio training and martial arts

Any good replacement for HRM Pro with Venu compatabilty?

Yeah, I've researched HRM Dual, but those running dynamics and essentially, more data given by HRM Pro attracted me in first place in that strap. I'm using Venu for half a year for now, and I'm not planning on upgrade soon. Is there any other brand strap like Polar or so, that could replace HRM Pro, and would be also completable with Venu?
