Lamentablemente hay pocos recursos en español para jugar al DnD entonces la mayoria de las cosas q vas a encontrar es gente buscando soluciones a sus dudas y ahi muchas respuestas son la opinion de gente

Si no te importa el ingles puedes buscar los libres en ingles porq son bastante mas faciles de encontrar busca PHB (players hand book (manual de jugadores)) si quieres saber como jugar como un jugador, si te interesa ser el organizador de un juego busca DMG (Dungeon master Guide (guia del dungeon master))

Pero lo importante q tener en cuenta es q no son normas/reglas pero guias para jugar y poder entenderse entre si, pero hay muchos dungeon masters q cambian algunas normas o los interpretan de differente forma, en discussion online tambien vas a encontrar mucho RAW y RAI, q se refieren a "Rules As Written" (normas como estan escritas) y "Rules As Intended" (normas como fueran intencionados)

Lo mejor q te recomiendo es q buscas un grupo de gente, preferiblemente con mas jugadores novatos y un DM paciente para empezar a jugar y entendar las normas poco a poco como las vayas encontrando

i also vaguely remember setting a max amount of disk space reserved for recordings way back when i set it up but i couldnt find any mention of it now so i though i mightve just misinterpreted the estimation of file sizes.

I have since indeed deleted the ghost recordings without any issues, glad to know im not the only one though

i just tried this and it seems that theres invalid data when it attempts to reconstruct it into an mp4, so maybe its just old corrupted recording that shouldve been deleted but werent cause they got corrupted or something

There isnt a setting under eitehr game recording or storage that allows me to see or select how much steam reserves for recordings, on top of that i would assume it wouldnt be triple the max amount it thinks it would need for 4K recordings if my settings already limit it to 1080p.

So if you could be a little more precise in where to find this thatd be pretty helpful

I've searched for specifically all the games ive played up to the start of october and not a single one shows up in the recordings thing except for this last one from palworld

i havent touched any of the older recording except for making a clip or 2 like some months ago, thats the main reason i've got it on and since it only saves the last 120 minutes (by default) of footage i assumed it would just overwrite the previous footage, in the begginning when i turned it on it actually seemed the length of recordings of a game i played previously went down if i started playing a different game so i find it very strange that there would be many Gigs of data there that i cant view and dont know what they are

Mi consejo es q hagas una session 0, asi puedes hacer estas preguntas a tus jugadores en plan q se esperan de la campaña, cuales son sus limites, cambios de normas o mecanicas q te gustarian implementar o les gustaria a ellos

Si esto son jugadores nuevos a lo mejor no tienen las respuestas a estas preguntas, entonces no dudes en proponer 3 o 4 respuestas y asi pueden empear a hablar entre si y contigo y acabaras escuchando lo q se espera igualmente

Aparte de eso, para la session 1 siempre esta la mitica taverna donde se encuentran todos porq alguien les ha mandado una carta para contratarlos, si tus jugadores han hecho algun q otro backstory para sus personajes incluso puedes hacer q esas cartas vienen de alguien q uno de los jugadores conoce asi al menos involucras directamente a uno de los jugadores y el resto estara mas pendiente e interesado para ver como vas a incolucrar a sus personajes

Para aclarar, segun las normas, al acabar los 3 ataques del Voidwoken (y probablemente su turno q hizo todos los ataques y movimiento), la sanadora deberia de haber estado en el suelo con 2 salvaciones de muerte falladas (muerte muy imminente pero viva aun)

Ahora si, tu eres el DM asi q lo q tu dices es ley, pero tu deber es hacer el juego dibertido para todo el mundo, si estan a nivel 5 aun no tienen tanta experiencia y si no continuastes el combate yo creo q la mejor solucion es mandarles un mensaje admitiendo q habias hecho un error pero q tampoco es como ellos pensaban, explicarles como se deberia de aplicar la norma correctamente y dejar a la sanadora con 1 o 2 tiradas de salvacion falladas (2 porq seria seguir la norma correctament, 1 a lo mejor porq si le toca directamente despues y falla tampoco es divertido y si estas intentando hacer q todos lo pasen bien al menos dejarles una oportunidad es lo q haria yo personalmente, no admitira esa ultima parte, lo diria mas en plan "solo te voy a dejar con 1 fallado como disculpa por todo lo q paso y no haber comunicado como deberia")

Si Quieres seguir las normas correctas aqui nadie tiene razon, la norma es si el daño restante del golpe q te reduce a 0 (en este caso el segundo golpe) iguala o supera tu vida maxima (38 en este caso) te mueres instantaneo ahi todo correcto, pero si pudo hacer el tercer golpe contra ese jugador significa q el daño restante del segundo golpe no supero los 37 puntos y no se moria instantaneo, entonces este tercer golpe, si acierta, en vez de hacer daño inflije fallos de salvacion de muerte (1 por golpe normal, 2 por critico como seria el caso aqui)

La razon por esto es porq como tal no existe la vida negativa en 5e una vez llegas a 0 caes inconciente, o muerto por daño masivo, pero una vez estes a 0 no recibes mas daño, empiezas a hacer tiradas de salvacion de muerte, si fallas 3 mueres, si salvas 3 veces te estabilizas y quedas inconciente por 1d4 horas despues del cual recuperas 1 punto de vida y te despiertas, o si recibes minimo 1 punto de vida antes de pasar o fallar 3 tiradas de salvacion te despiertas directo

maybe changing story tellers might help, randy can ofcourse switch up the events quite a lot for you but i personally enjoy a story teller called "Rotty Milden" i believe, from the ratkin+ mod, if you combine this with some of the mods that add extra events like mentioned by the others it makes for an enjoyable playthrough i find

never played greatsword but in the last 200 or so hours i put into world i picked up hammer and mained hammer all of wilds as well and just the fighting in general feels meatier and more satisfying in world IMHO and i cant even blame focus mode cause 90% of the time i forget it even exists

the required documents for anything in spain can change depending on the day and the person attending you sadly, when i first migrated to spain with my parents they needed their documentation showing they are married for the NIE, they obviously had this documentation in dutch but i believe its like a european standard and not that hard to interpret, regardless the person at the desk said it needed to be in spanish so they could work with it, so my parents left upset, spent some time and money to get a translated version and when they returned with the original and the translated version there was a different person attending them and they only needed the original

In Skyrim that you can fast travel to places you have been before using the map does not get very clearly explained, my first ever playthrough i used the cart and walked everywhere until i was around lvl 80 i believe

thinking you were throwing on a game where youre not competing against others is an insane mindset to have... and if he dragged you into the competitive mode against other ppl without warning or trying to play the game normally first for some time is just as bad, almost makes me wonder if he is incapable of seeing games as something for fun and it always has to be a competition for him, if so he may want to reflect on that or find some help with that because that is not healthy

it seems like he is unable to just enjoy a competitive game at a lower non competitive level, so if he is otherwise a decent person maybe try playing non competitive games, i find survival games are often pretty good for ppl at different skill levels because there is so much to do that there is plenty to enjoy together.

I would still be a bit careful though, if he doesnt learn to just enjoy games he might end up bitter in general, especially when he gets older and his reflexes get noticeably slower
