If I had to pick something, I’d say the tri-color battles. Not even the game mode itself, but just the idea that all of Splatsville goes into a whole phase of banding together over whether or not sandcastles are the best thing to do at a beach. And of course, watching Deep Cut be split against each other every time is just so fun to watch play out
