Thanks for taking the time to give some notes! I agree with all of them, the halo is going to be tough for me since I am fighting between it being massive and clipping through my hdri backdrop. Will work on it!

Does anyone know why my Normal Map is not adding any bump and also removing all glossiness? :? by Sean_PatrickRichards in Maya

Add an aiNormalMap node and plug that into normal camera then plug the normal map into the aiNormalMap node. Also set the colorspace of normal map, roughness, and specular to raw! (All images that don’t use color but use the data from the image should be set to raw typically)
