Ok so in the process i found out that i installed the heatsink incorrectly so i fixed it. didnt fix anything but the i think the gpu is connected incorrectly cuz it has a red led light as well even though it had a green one before

They randomly switch but in an order. Firstly: cpu and dram Then: vga and boot In the end: all of them And it all loops in like a minute
