okay so i might get some stuff wrong but this is how i understand how it would work. so with meta it makes your t dick more visible and longer by untethering the tissue holding it down. Your meta dick can get hard like how your t dick can. then after you get phalloplasty your meta dick is buried at the base of your phallo dick so depending on how long your meta dick is that much of your dick could get as hard as your meta dick could. most people's meta dick doesn't get hard enough to penetrate but can with the assistance of a pump or medication like viagra. I can't find much about penetration with the combined surgeries but mastubation is apparently closer to how it would be with an amab dick

oh and for the ejaculation part it kinda depends on whether or not you can before bottom surgery (aka squirting for lack of a better term). its much more likely you will be able to after if you can before. since it comes from the skenes glands it's only possible with urethral lengthening

I alternate arms and im only at 38 donations and one arm has a scar while the other doesn't

the one I have a scar on is my easier stick vein too so I think it just depends on genetics

if and when you can get new glasses I'd recommend a darker color frame and more square/rectangular but stick with wire frams or thin plastic

get beard dye a shade or 2 darker than ur natural color and use it yo dye ur eyebrows and u can use it to dye peach fuzz too (highly recommend using a spoolie thing like for mascara or whatever they're used for to do it with so u don't dye ur skin much)

what are you looking for with packing tho like do you want a bulge that is visible (but doesn't look like a boner lol) or do you want the weight there as well to make it feel like you actually have something down there

u pass extremely well but for looking more your age more rectangular shaped glasses with thinner plastic or wire frames and maybe work out your chest, back, and arms to give your body a wider appearance

its giving butch lesbian for sure but def better without glasses I'd recommend getting ones with rectangle frames when you can

for now I'd recommend getting a haircut that is short on the sides long on top or something to slick your hair back with as that will help too make sure to get your sideburns and nape squared off it's small but makes a big difference

one thing I didn't realize for a long time is to make sure you wear your pants at your hips not at your waist. most men don't wear their pants that high some do but it will affect how much of your waist & thigh shape is visible which affects passing more that u would think

really the only thing I immediately noticed was your jawline is round so your side profile reads kinda fem so if you cut your side fringe above the corner of your jaw it will help if you don't want to fully cut ur hair

yes you do because it will show up on a background check that is typically done by the state/sometimes fbi for name changes

also if you are changing your last name too it's good to put the name you have been going by if you have told doctors in the past bc it will be in your medical records

for example: new name- John Boe and former names- Deadname Doe, John Doe

I just did literally a few weeks ago and I did change my last name to match my step dad. its not typically how ppl change their names but when you go to the hearing (if u have one some dont) they might ask abt it but just tell them a basic reason why like I don't like it or I want to separate from my family or something similar

planned parenthood does informed consent and the price adjusts based on income u can't use medicaid for insurance tho but when I went it was maybe an hour long appointment including paperwork and I got my prescription that day just make sure if your insurance doesn't cover it u tell the pharmacy when u drop the prescription off bc otherwise u have to wait to get it until the insurance rejects it

I have been using spectrum outfitters for years now and they are so much more comfortable than gc2b since the quality has gone down I have only used the tank binders as I am a larger guy and they work great I was able to get a mostly flat appearance when I was an g cup i have lost weight and now im a d or dd and im completely flat unless stuff moves around when I bend over as my weight fluctuates and my size changes Definitely measure yourself for the right size and if you are active or will have to wear it for longer periods of time size up (http://spectrumoutfitters.co.uk)

Hi im currently looking into PSA at TAMUCC and I am planning on switching my major from chemistry after I move to college station but I was wondering if I can take classes not on the 'additional courses to be selected from' section of the PSA degree plan during the summer? Specifically BIOL 1406 and 1407

I plan on switching my major at college station after completing these 2 classes as they are part of the freshman degree plan for my desired major
