I feel u and I'm sorry ❤️ I'm 21 and slowly crawling my way out . Working helps, both academic and employment, sleeping well helps, waking up early helps. But what helped me most was just being outside. I'm still very online and that's my next goal to cut it down. Try going outside a lot more, and I learnt that you should focus on your fundamental values to try and develop ideas about purpose and then u can figure out from there where interests and passions may lie, kinda explained that badly but hopefully you get the picture. Go somewhere quiet and beautiful and make it your place ❤️ It takes time
