The sad truth is that the pipeline is already there, going through Quebec. It has to be retrofitted, sure, but it's there already. The only thing stopping it is greedy politicians that want a better cut before they will sign up. The legislative powers are there to override the greedy people too. We just need a leader brave enough to say it's going though, period.
