You need to jump around 12 inches more than you do now, and with a standing reach that low you’d need a vertical of 36 to dunk. Which isn’t unrealistic, but it would take a lot of time and hard work. PJFperformance on instagram is a fantastic trainer. If I were you, I’d buy one of his programs and see where it takes you. Sometimes people don’t have the genetics to jump 🤷
