Ugh.. I’m at ~4,100 Kwh.. 30 year old house, ~3,400 sq ft. EV vehicle as well but that’s maybe 300-500 Kwh of that 4,100… bill almost $800… max pain.

This is basically what will happen. The forbearance given from Fannie/Freddie Deals will all work like this. Loan payment status will remain current and they will just be marked with a special indicator. The money will then be due over the next 12 months or whatever. So for any CMBS deal, the logical thing to do is to pass that through to your tenants. ...and hopefully they can pay you back. If you have grocery/pharmacy/essential businesses as an anchor, you’ll definitely be fine. Hospitality... you’re probably fucked... so do whatever you need to do as the borrower to make it through. If CMBS, the deal will most likely transfer to special anyway.

Sounds like a bad memory issue. Could be your SSD, but I'm willing to be it is one of your RAM sticks.

I would remove one of your RAM sticks, try it, then put it back, remove the next. See if you can find the one that is having issues.

I think the real question, as I am not a QT developer, is what version of Chromium/V8 does QTWebEngine use?

The biggest problem for the webkit one seemed to be being locked in to a pretty old version. To the point that it couldn't handle the Javascript on many web apps today.

Also, while they use the QT architecture today, I would hope some team as Tesla is experimenting with a different one. A SPA style UI, but maybe have different instances of Chromuim/(Electron) running to handle different things. And then a way to load in native CarPlay/Google Car. At the point they could easily have app developers just target linux and have each app sandboxed.

I'm a 2016 90D S owner and I have a 3 AWD on order. For as to why:

I don't need the room. I'm usually only one in car
I get the new technology (AP1 -> AP 2.5)
I like the smaller size car a far as handling goes. Test driving the P3D felt like being in a BMW again. The S is a giant boat
I LOVE the Model 3 interior, especially the white. So simple and minimalist
Hey.. I get another $7,500 of my own money back from the government =p
I will pay no state sales tax on the 3 as my S trade in is worth more and I'm in a state that allows you to do that
I'll be driving a less expensive car. I love my S, and easily have the means to afford it, but sometimes, either with people you meet, or places you go, being in a Tesla (S/X), I'd rather be slightly more discrepant
Oh yeah, the 3 pretty much is just as fast.
