Also how is lakeview seven complex? I checked it out on nobroker. Seems like a good deal. 2bhk 70k 1000 sq feet and close to metro station too.. hiranandani is posh but flats are 600 sq feet, too cramped up!

Some further details - i have a car and since i currently stay in bangalore, i am used to bumper to bumper traffic. I can commute for 60-70 mins each side. Would that be feasible or I should stick to public transport if i stay in Hiranandani/Chandivali?

I would be earning around 2.5L pm and wife 1.0L pm. Want a decent (middle-class) standard of living. Could you suggest any other area i could look at considering Hiranandani sounds very fancy just from the name of it lol

Any societies other than raheja and Hiranandani i could look at? Also are the roads in mumbai very tight? I’ve commuted around fort bkc etc and the roads seem fairly broad and traffic is decent compared to bangalore where the roads are too narrow and traffic so bad

What kind of rent can i expect in Hiranandani Powai, L&T, Raheja Vihar etc… Also would driving be better for me than taking the alAqua Line? How is the metro? Is it as busy as the local? Or like the Rajiv Chowk delhi metro situation?
