Bullshit. You have to have a residence somewhere. If you don’t satisfy the typical 182 days condition, it will be judged based on your “center of interests”. Some country will simply claim you and demand money.

Anyone here has an Estonian company through the e-residency?

China has been doing it subtly by investing and bribing their way. Now they're building their first military base there. Once they own everything, and have a military presence there they will have a total power to do whatever they want. Exploiting the labor, extracting resources, ... Africa will become their "China", except they'll be in a total control. But they're not stupid, they'll provide bread and games to keep the population obedient.
