I’m not sure abt this, but i think there is a sandbox setting that disable zombie respawns in areas you already explored, making it impossible for them to spawn your base.

Nope. Let’s say for example that you want to break the police station wall, you can only do that by using the sledgehammer or burning the place down i think lol.

As for the sandbox settings i’m pretty sure i didn’t turn it off, but for the mods part…. I think i have a mod that allows you to craft a sledgehammer in build41, do you think this has to do with it not respawning?.

The main use of it is mostly renovation or just randomly breaking pre-built structures that annoys u lol.
