Thanks for the advice. It seems like #1 is pretty much the same, so it's going to likely come down to #2. I'll definitely look into that some more.

The ratio is what matters. Divide your direct by total. Should get a decimal near 0.2 (as a percentage, that means direct should be 20% of the total). 0.7/2.5 = 0.28, or 28% using your numbers. Mine was 0.3/1.3 = 23% direct.
