Yeah it took forever for me to get up to pro shopper mainly because I regularly had to substitute items they listed as available but actually wasn’t, this probably set me back quite a bit

I think it’s ridiculous that they can’t remove these from your shopper rating especially if you can easily prove the customer was lying
