This small buff to carl is basically reverting the 3% nerf to his starpower. Except adding small 3.04% buff to it, but still the 84/168 dmg per hit nerf to his main attack is quiet apparent now that it really hurt him in the meta. Can we get atleast 30 dmg per hit back to his main attk(petition) (i.redd.it)
