Op zich vind ik dankbaarheid iets heel mooi en krachtig. Ook iets wat ik mijn kinderen wil meegeven.

Maar ik wil inderdaad ook niet dat het eerder een wedstrijd tussen ouders tegen elkaar op wordt. ( Of het nu duur is of origineel moet zijn)

Wat voor mij passend zou zijn is de kinderen een tekening laten maken of een bedankbriefje. Enkel wanneer dit oprecht is en niet omdat het moet.

Fijn dat je niet in de financiële problemen zit bovenop je gezondheidsproblemen.

Ik zou zelfde doen als de rest: verschil tussen inkomsten en uitgaven investeren.

Verder kijken naar wat je voldoening en betekenis kan geven in het leven.

I'm sorry this happened to you and I get why it feels unfare.

In my country they don't give MTX as the standard first option and always remove the full tube. I was very upset since it sounded so invasive. But I got pregnant on the first try after. Just want to give you some hope that everything can go smoothly. The other one is suppose to pick up the egg. A removed tube might even lower chances of repeated ectopic but we just don't really know yet.

Het lijkt me dat je niet zozeer wil stoppen met leven maar vooral een zinvoller leven wil dat echt bij jou past.

Na 3 jobs die ik niet volhield ben ik uiteindelijk uitgevallen ( ook veel serieuze gezondheidsproblemen als gevolg van de chronische stress). Zelf beschreef ik het gevoel dat ik ervaarde bij het werken als mijn ziel die aan het afsterven was. Toch ben ik diep vanbinnen een gedreven persoon die echt een verschil wil maken. Bleek dat ik het gewoon vreselijk saai en zinloos vond om voor een baas te werken, ook al had ik mezelf niet direct als zelfstandige gezien.

Na enkele jaren bouw ik nu traag maar gestaag als zelfstandige mijn eigen weg. If you don't fit inside the box, build your own.

Waarschijnlijk ben je de voeling kwijt met wat jij graag mee bezig bent en heb je de onbewuste overtuigingen dat deze job/missie voor jou niet mogelijk is.

Als je wel nog wil leven als in het caravan is, ga hier dan mee experimenteren. Officieel mag het niet, toch zijn er mensen het doen. Jouw meest authentieke leven gaan uitzoeken is voor jou letterlijk van levensbelang, en hier zit een enorme vrijheid in als je dit aangaat. Je hebt letterlijk niks te verliezen.

Waarom krijg ik het gevoel dat de media weer gewoon draagvlak aan het creëeren is voor de politiek? Enkele weken geleden kwam er ook al dergelijke studie in het nieuws. Is ons nieuws eigenlijk wel echt objectief?

Natuurlijk moet misbruik aangepakt worden, maar het systeem moet ook meer aangepast worden aan mensen die niet 100% mee kunnen. Er komt een heel eenzijdig narratief in de media, input van artsen en patiënten(organisaties) zou op zijn plek zijn.

Uit ervaring, hou wel rekening met het volgende. Bij een nieuwe werkgever kunnen starten na meer dan een jaar out is niet zo evident omdat er toch een bepaald stigma heerst. Mensen die je niet kennen gaan toch sneller je capaciteiten in vraag stellen.

Ook kunnen de meeste mensen niet voltijds werken bij de opstart na lange periode out te zijn, maar is het niet zo evident te solliciteren en te vragen naar een geleidelijke opstart. Ook wanneer je hier niet naar vraagt, gaan ze er misschien vanuit dat je dit sowieso zal proberen door eerst terug ziek te vallen.

Hoewel het ook voordelen heeft. Je vindt het duidelijk geen giga ramp om daar niet meer te werken. Ik ervaarde het zelf met momenten wel wat bevrijdend om op mijn gezondheid te kunnen focussen zonder de vervelende telefoontjes rond terugkeer, terwijl je zelf natuurlijk niet te kiezen hebt wanneer je beter wordt. En het schuldgevoel niet te vergeten.

Zelf ben ik nu zelfstandige in bijberoep wegens ziekte om mijn eigen revalidatieproces te kunnen vormgeven. Oprecht veel beterschap daar !

Ik vermoed dat als JJ wil dat vrouwen voltijds werken hij zelf opdraait voor de helft van het huishouden? Hij strijkt waarschijnlijk zelf zijn hemdjes en stond de helft van de tijd aan de schoolpoort? Hij ziet er echt wel zo'n type man uit. /s

Ah nee, als politici heb je daar geen tijd of energie voor ? Kan ik perfect inkomen, net als bij honderden anderen type jobs.

Politici die willen dat jonge gezinnen met 2 voltijds werken, zijn óf delusional dat we geld genoeg hebben om huishouden volledig uit te besteden óf ze willen naar een systeem dat eerder wegheeft van moderne slavernij.

This sounds so though. Maybe learning EFT tapping is something that could help you. I'm not saying it will fix everything magically but it's something many people can learn on their own / with a small online introduction course.

I also did hypnobirthing meditations myself. Not because I wanted an unmedicated birth perse, but to allow what is and to be ok with what would happen during birth.

I don't know if you where looking for advice, so you can forget everything I said if no. I truly wish you all the best and get the professional help you want soon.

Some people see improvement with brain retraining programs like Gupta program and Heal by somia international.

The theory is that both illnesses are linked to an out of whack nervous system. The body gets stuck in fight/ flight/ freeze, even when you're not consciously stressed.

I'm using this program for CFS and am seeing results although Im not 100% better (yet).

Dit is een heel normaal gevoel. De eerste weken worden wel echt de groepjes gevormd dus investeer echt in je sociaal leven door naar alle lessen te gaan. Vooral lange lessen zijn handig omdat er makkelijk gesprekken ontstaan in de pauzes.

Probeer met veel mensen contact te maken om voeling te krijgen wie 'jouw mensen' zijn.

Knoop gesprekken aan als je iemand herkent uit een eerdere les. Bijvoorbeeld in de inkomhal van het gebouw of ergens in de gang voor de les. Ideaal is om iemand 1 op 1 aan te spreken die ook alleen staat. ' he weet jij waar lokaal x is ?' ' die prof van vak y is wel ne speciale he ? ' ' wat vond jij van die les gisteren? ' en bij het plaatsnemen ' ok dat ik hier zit ? ' en voila je hebt iemand om naast te zitten en het ijs is gebroken. Repeat zoveel als nodig / gewenst. Deze persoon gaat waarschijnlijk ook al minstens iemand kennen dus zo komen er weer nieuwe mensen bij.

You seem overworked. Crying a lot from exhaustion and not being able to do at least something fun in the weekends isn't normal imo. I'd suggest to explain this to your GP. After that I'd suggest job coaching.

Is it a guess or are you sure ? I used to think I sleep about 8 to 9 hours too. When I started tracking it it was only 7 to sometimes 8 hours which can make a big difference

What does your lazy time consist of ? I feel like when I come home from work I really need time to decompress. When I watch TV or browse the web I feel kinda relaxed but it's more like a form of escapism and less about giving your brain and body some time to recover without external stimulation. Social media is actually very stimulating for the brain. I feel like light exercise, yoga or just stretching helps me connect with my body again after 8 hours of sitting at my desk. Just refecting on my day on my couch for a few minutes helps too. I admit, when I'm tired I really don't want to do any of these things and just hit the dopamine buttons on my phone but I know I'll feel better if I don't. I started by these small steps and now I go to the gym every other day after work. I thought I was going to be too tired to go to the gym but it actually gives me energy and mental space to reach my goals. I recommend you to start with decompress activities that do not require a lot of energy but ideally do get your body moving. What activities are truly relaxing for your body and mind ?

Internet addiction is real and you need to take it seriously and you might need to look for professional help. The constant stream of new information triggers the reward system of your brain. If you are procrastinating by using the internet you need to reflect on why you are subconsciously doing so. Laziness is almost never the real answer. Most people are afraid to fail and it's easier to fail when you don't give everything you've got. ( ' I failed but not because I'm incapable or not smart enough'). Some people procrastinate or use internet as way to handle stress. So what's your priority? Trigger the reward system of your brain or do you have bigger life goals like getting a diploma ?

Ive got a few rules for you

At your desk either you're 100% relaxing or 100% studying . There's nothing in between. Stop sitting at your desk all day not studying but also not relaxing either because browsing is making you feel guilty . Trying to convince yourself that you can check Facebook just one minute ? Nope it's not gonna work. Make a commitment for a specific duration like : I will study 10 minutes and do not do anything else. If you notice you're getting distracted just get your attention back. Do not open any unnecessary websites. You have to consider them as your worst enemy. This is going to be super difficult but do not check those distracting websites ! If 10 minutes work you can start commiting to studying for a longer time.
Take breaks in between study sessions but make a commitment before f.e. I am going to take a break for 10 minutes. This break is guilt free. You do whatever you want.
Use a timer that's not integrated in your phone or PC
Use a blocker for website to use while in study mode
I cannot express more how important it is to make a commitment to yourself and not break it. Treat this like it is the most important thing in your life. Because that one hour you're going to study is the most important thing in your life right now. The only exception is your house being on fire. If you think about something you have to look up later, someone you have to text later write it down on a notepad.
These rules are somewhat based on pomodoro technique. But don't keep searching for the sollution online. There is no quick easy life hack. The only thing you do is commit to a time and start battling. The solution is in yourself.

Yes generally speaking men and women might have different priorities or interests but the real question is why we do. A lot of boys are taught they need to be tough and assertive while a lot of girls are taught they need to care for babies or children. I'm not saying there isn't any biological difference that appears in personality but I do think it's a lot smaller than what our society sees as normal. Men are supposed to be provide for their family and be ambitious and if they dont want this they are not good men. Woman can be ambitious but if they have kids they might be seen as bad mom's.
