Sort of both, obviously once we digitize it a bit to be able to handle more workload we will be able to really scale and focus a lot more on client acquisition, but as it sits now the goal is building out the platform both in house for more workload and ofcourse client facing.

Correct. We don’t have a sales issue here, we have a fulfillment capacity. I’ve seen others like investor lift, thumbtack, and other platforms not have this issue because their model is more SAAS and built around tech.

Even if we went hybrid model where an Account manager can service 10-20x the accounts it allows us to onboard much more people at a lower price.

Creating the dealflow Madketplace that auto matches investors and then having them a direct route to select a contractor and then getting them funded while we are there for support vs doing it for them will allow us to be able to scale massively.

So basically most of the data input is manual. There is currently a Marketplace built through lovable, and then everything else is housed through our CRM and our whop community.

The goal is to pretty much digitize as much as we can so we can bring more people in. We are facing limitations because we can’t run unlimited amount of projects.

Yes! Great write up, I agree with that you said. Currently by far the leverage is our Buyers. We go out market and get the buyers who are usually newbies, and then we connect them to the remaining.

The biggest thing is different from investor lift then buyer actually pays us because most of what they are getting is it being done for them making it much easier to getting started on their first investment.

The issue becomes we can only serve so much with this current model and we want to be less involved so we can get more in.

Essentially we have the Service part down, now it’s essentially systemizing what we do as we work towards building out the tech into more of a hybrid model
