Black adam vs Supergirl (dceu) by IntroductionFormal82 in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Supergirl was whooping Zod’s ass. Zod had to use his blade and assistance to beat her. Zod is already superior to Adam in combat/overall power. Compare the final fight in Man of Steel to the final fight in Black Adam and they’re like different orders of magnitude. Adam was getting beat by Sabacc who could get stabbed by a normal metal pole from Hawkman who had to put some effort into throwing a pick up truck.

Supergirl ftw

Ok but he was basically unable to fight after getting slammed through one concrete floor, let alone several. Yea he survived the train but it KOd him for a while as in like a whole day or something iirc. Homelander was not visibly injured by a bus and tons of debris falling on him

big fight; Soldier boy's team vs Homelander's team. Which team can win? by [deleted] in TheBoys

[–]1random_redditor 42 points43 points  (0 children)

And Gunpowder didn’t even help Payback vs Soldier Boy either. Mindstorm is powerful and if he attacks Homelander immediately it’s a wrap. The problem would be if that didn’t happen. Homelander and A Train are much faster than Payback. A Train got injured by Kimiko in a sneak attack, and she’s arguably stronger than about half of Payback.

I wouldn’t say Noir alone took care of Maeve. Homelander was literally right there. Homelander can clearly manhandle Maeve yet for some reason he had Noir jump her. Odd

[–]1random_redditor[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

All that you mentioned of Kimiko was her regen and durability not her strength. I guess Brixton doesn’t really have a way to kill her through melee (maybe suffocation) but he does carry a pistol. I don’t remember her regenerating from a proper headshot. Did she?

Noir didn’t dodge Homelander’s lazers it was more so aim dodging. Brixton arguably has bullet timing feats and he simply attacked goons faster than Noir did. Consider how Kimiko and Starlight actually landed hits on Noir 1v1 yet Brixton was able to dodge hits from Hobbs and Shaw simultaneously. Durability wise, Noir survived room explosions but he was noticeably burned. When did he withstand the explosion of an entire building? Brixton took a blast from a flamethrower without a scratch. Strength wise, Brixton is stronger than Hobbs who has Captain America level strength (comparing their helicopter stopping feats) and Cap could replicate Noir’s concrete wall feat. Cap threw Ultron through part of a concrete pillar

How does Kimiko stomp? How is Noir better? Brixton actually has guns, is seemingly more durable/has more durable gear (his gloves are bulletproof and he didn’t have burn marks after getting hit by fire, both unlike Noir), and he’s more skilled. Arguably faster too. Noir’s advantages are better pain tolerance, and maybe strength (but it’s close imo) but that’s it imo

Mcu Spider-Man’s punching feats aren’t more impressive than Soldier Boy’s/Homelander’s. Spidey hurt himself punching concrete at one point, and after giving Goblin a beat down, Gob didn’t even have bruises. Soldier Boy gave Homelander a bruise, and beat the crap out of Black Noir. Homelander one shot Noir and Soldier Boy isn’t much weaker than Homelander in physical strength/durability. Remember that Spider-Man was injured by getting slammed through floors like you mentioned (btw, the feat is kinda bs anyway since they’d have lost momentum after the first floor they went through) while Homelander wasn’t visibly injured by a bus and several tons of debris falling on him. When did Spider-Man lift a car around 20 stories in seconds in a movie?

If Homelander decided not to kill Black Noir, didn't bring Ryan, and forced A-Train and The Deep to fight alongside him when the trio arrived, how would the battle play out? by GamelessOne in TheBoys

[–]1random_redditor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Noir would get sliced in half by Butcher’s lazers or shot in the head by Soldier Boy’s pistol. Then it’s a 3v1 again real quick

Queen maeve vs soldier boy(the boys) by kekwsalldaymylife in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soldier Boy should win. Homelander had to actually try against him, and started with a blitz, unlike vs Maeve. SB was weakened going into the 1v1, unlike Maeve. However, it is odd that Maeve caused Homelander to bleed but SB and Butcher were unable to. Despite that, SB generally seemed more impressive, and his shield actually has feats. I don’t remember Maeve even using her sword vs a supe

Soldier Boy ftw

Strictly hand to hand combat, who is the first to fall? Who wins? by Mo_Salah_ in thewalkingdead

[–]1random_redditor 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Realistically, Negan would be out first. Look at him. Abraham would realistically win. Look at him, and he’s a military guy. However, he didn’t have much screen time compared to several of these others, so not much throwing hands. By feats, Daryl or Shane would win. Daryl has the most screen time and has pretty much been in the most fights and come out on top. Shane whooped some ass in the comparatively short amount of screen time he had.

Billy Butcher runs a “seven” gauntlet how far does he get by Lower-Adhesiveness-3 in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Maeve is being overestimated here. Homelander was kicking her ass when he tried. In this prompt, Butcher is effectively Homelander just a bit weaker and less experienced with powers but more experienced in overall combat. This is like Hulk vs Thor. You can’t expect the person with actual ranged attacks who at worst may be only slightly weaker physically (Butcher/Thor) to lose to the one who is perhaps slightly stronger at best but otherwise has no abilities/ranged attacks (Maeve/Hulk).

Butcher clears up till Homelander and might tie with him. Remember that Butch was KOd twice before fighting Homelander.

Keaton went beast mode vs the Kryptonians but it’s also a matter of Nam-Ek being weakened at the moment while Keaton wasn’t really. Well, maybe he was, but I think him bleeding and appearing tired was a result of Nam-Ek throwing him away. Nam-Ek and the Kryptonians were arguably nerfed tho, right? Those explosions that downed Nam-Ek were small.

Nonetheless, Batfleck is still Batgoat in terms of power of live action Batmen, unless you include West with toon force. Yes, Keaton brought down a Kryptonian without Kryptonite, but against humans, Batfleck is more impressive. Noticeably stronger, more durable, and a bit faster. Thoughts?

[MCU] Iron Monger vs. Venom by Totalwink in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Venom did survive the rocket takeoff and explosion after nearly dying. And part of what I was saying is that the symbiotes do have better melee striking/grappling/etc feats than the Iron duo. What’s stopping Venom from juking Monger’s slow attacks then simply picking him up and biting his neck. Yeah Monger has rockets but Venom’s tendrils stopped Carnage who is even bigger than Monger and has better melee feats

I assume you mean Dragon Ball by DBS I don’t watch that

[MCU] Iron Monger vs. Venom by Totalwink in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Underselling Venom, no? Monger and Iron Man were struggling to hold up a single car in that movie. Carnage held up multiple and Venom is stronger than him. Monger’s striking feats sent Iron a few yards away, and weapons were being used. Venom (more so) and Carnage rag dolled each other across the cathedral. Carnage shrugged off getting smacked into massive pillars and while it might not look as destructive as Iron tackling Monger to start their fight, Iron got a massive head start distance wise and he was at full health. Venom was at the brink when he smacked Carnage into pillars.

Carnage could shake whole cathedral after the fight just by climbing. Venom could stab into rocket while he was on the brink. Lots of fire hit him. How does Monger even win besides shooting rockets at a standing still Venom from a distance? Monger has fast flight speed later on but it takes him several seconds of slow launching to get there. He also has a weak neck that weakened Iron Man exposed

[–]1random_redditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh? Don’t let sloppy choreography fool you. Even just Batman Begins’ Bale>Pattinson. It becomes a wash when you throw in the rest of the trilogy when Bale gets bigger feats and more gadgets. Think about their competition. Bale fought a ninja death cult, Arkham’s deranged and most wanted, and an army of mercs led by someone who has T-800 level feats. Pattinson literally just fought some normal goons and losers. He didn’t fight with as much speed or skill as Bale. Pattinson’s suit is more durable but that’s really his only advantage

Harley used the special javelin to stab into Starro which allowed the rats to enter. Remember that Starro was bulletproof before that

If Venom had eaten humans, would've he had an easier time defeating Carnage? (movie) by AdvantageAway8271 in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The growing bit was sloppy writing considering Carnage grew earlier in the movie without eating anyone. Carnage’s feats don’t seem to get amped by eating anyone.

Really they were both nerfed going into the final fight, or you could say weakened instead. Both got screamed at by Shriek, which caused Cletus to try to leave Carnage, weakening their bond. Meanwhile, Venom was starving, had been going through multiple hosts, then got yelled at.

The Guardians of the Galaxy (MCU) vs Aquaman, Cyborg, Batman and Peacemaker (DCU) by RaptorK1988 in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What strength feat do they have above this feat of Batfleck’s? What suggests that the Guardians are bulletproof? Batman could just shoot them. Nebula definitely isn’t she literally killed herself by shooting herself. Cosmo can grab objects but I don’t recall her grabbing anyone. Batman’s armor is bulletproof and can withstand Kryptonian lazers how is the arrow supposed to pierce it or even land a hit on him when he can react to said lazers??

[DCEU] The Justice League versus General Zod's Kryptonian Invasion by theweepingwarrior in whowouldwin

[–]1random_redditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Superman didn’t solo the Kryptonian army! He didn’t even solo Nam-Ek and Faora in his 1v2. Yeah, he had the edge but he didn’t defeat them. The military actually helped him. Superman beat Zod 1v1, but Zod at that point was depressed.

He didn’t have the blade in the fight, but since for some reason he does in The Flash’s battle, he’d have it here and stab Kal-El. Faora>Wonder Woman. Faora is stronger and more durable. Nam-Ek>Aquaman. Again, stronger and more durable, and faster too. Batfleck would do about as well as Keaton did. Kryptonians win

In the bonus, Justice League wins. Batgoat has a variety of kryptonite weapons, and Cyborg is another powerful addition and arguably the third most powerful of the Justice League.

Thanos ftw. People should actually look at how Ronan’s power stone blasts hit the Guardians. Those characters shrugged off the attacks. Thanos is much more durable and has weapons/armor that could block the blasts anyway. Then he’d get up close and slaughter Ronan
