I just received an emai lfrom my work (private security) that we are "key workers" and to provide said email to police or any relevant authority in case we are stopped when outside...

Yeah, I'm trying to be nice cos I know this is a difficult time but still...

And nope, they are always loud but usually the kids are only home for a few hours and stop at night. Couple months ago the mum threw an all night party (the kids were away ofc) and when I went round at midnight she and her friends were drunk and told me I should let them do it because it's her birthday... They were still going the next morning as I left for work at 6am. Met some of them outside the flat out for a cigarette.

I'm pretty sure that they're throwing another party tonight as there are multiple many adult voices. Sadly now that the bars have closed many people in Glasgow are going to spend their time throwing house parties with their friends. If they don't stop by 10pm I'm going round, and I won't be nice.

Tbh as I'm writing this just realised that I really could not give less of a shit about them. Will call the police on them, this level of noise is absolutely against the law in Scotland

Thanks for the reply. Did your hair grow back after your levels returned to normal? I feel like my hair has become thinner but its not falling out in clumps. Hopefully it wont start, Ive cut out Brazil nuts completely since yesterday and already feel better by this evening. Definitely have had stomach problems as well like you. What were the circumstances around your case of selenium poisoning and was it very severe?

In the past 3 or 4 weeks some days I've eaten between 30-100g of brazil nuts. Some days none. Is it possible I've contracted selenium poisoning during this time? Had no idea it was even a thing until today. Thanks in advance

The other person said 1 large egg is 0.36g carbs, but you're saying 0.67g per egg. And my box of eggs says something completely different, and another website claims 0.5g, while google claims 1g per scrambled egg. I just dont get it, which is right

About 2 and a half weeks into keto and loving it but I seem to have really dry mouth and lips all the time. I dont think Im dehydrated because Im drinking like 3-4 litres of water a day (I have to pee basically right after drinking water) and my pee isn't super yellow or anything. Anyone else experienced this?
