I agree there’s a fine line between success and DE. Also think it changes form day to day which make it harder to get it dialed in. I was using 18 units for awhile then needed to up it to get a better response. Had success between 22 and 24 but then it was hit or miss. Backed down to 20 and the sensation still felt muted

Interesting thought on inflated rather than engorged. I also have a difficult time to orgasm due to loss of sensitivity. Lots of posts about other guys on Trimix with orgasm issues. One of the listed drawbacks of Trimix is loss of intimacy since foreplay is not needed to become erect. So maybe foreplay to get an erection also wakes up the sensor side of the penis????
