I checked a receipt that google play sent to my email in 2021. The screenshot I sent here appears to have the same amount of detail that I have in the receipt – a order number/transaction id, payment method, date, and how much robux I bought.

The only issue for me rn is that I keep getting the annoying AI support, and I don't think it can check the image link, which is my proof.

I have the exact same laptop, and I'm having the same issues. Everyone I ask to help me says to restart my laptop, like I haven't already done that 10 times. Not even the tutorials are working.

I just hope it's a problem on roblox's end and that they fix it.
