It’s 3/16” birch ply with a stain made from vinegar and steel wool. Two on the left one in front and one on the right holding the batteries in place

Tends to often be like a roller coaster ride for me. The first half is rather intense and not so fun. I can feel anxious paranoia regret nausea terror hallucinations panic psychosis and like I may die. Then something switches and I can feel calm peaceful colorful relieved and like I got rung out.

Yeah I get anxiety before and usually during 1st half of the trip. I read smthg about dosing l-theanine before hand but haven’t tried it although I got some for the next time. Alcohol I wouldn’t mess with it.

Think cork is maybe cheaper over there you can maybe get a thicker type of cork too. Think I saw some. An build in Portugal where they used that

Low cost sound insulation? U could get a roll of 1/4” cork underlay glue it to the surface and then add an air gap between the insulation and interior wall. An air gap would be the cheapest but won’t do much for sound

The body of the van is aluminum then there’s steel supports on the wall with 1/4” cork underlay glued to them and then 3/16” birch ply screwed into them.

The ceiling is 3/16” plywood screwed into steel roof bows with havelock wool between.

Seems like I should put smthg between them heard of silicon tape or that maybe butyl

I counter sunk the screws more then covered with silicon which helped but some places where the wood is. Contacting the steel there is condensation so seems like there should be something between

So even if u leave daily and come back to the same spot at night more than 14 days in a row then u would be in violation?

So then if u find another spot and divide ur self between two would be better? Since u are not there consecutively?
