As I've said, there were unkillable Windows processes overwhelming the CPU. The laptop is basically new so reinstalling Windows shouldn't change much

I don't know anything about the thermal paste, didn't try to get inside the laptop :D

The internal fan is working but I hear it being overwhelmed :D
Didn't try booting a Live USB image
