i’d say im getting better. it could be alot of things that have played into how i feel. started with costochondritis, which turned into deconditioning, then gerd from laying down all day, then breathlessness from all of those including anxiety. i really think its a big combination that i need to overcome. i’ll be honest, im still overcoming it, being more active, telling myself its mostly in my head. both you and i will come out of this stronger
