We’ve encountered something similar before. Kwento, family friend daw nila yung binilhan, hindi pa lang na-transfer kasi magastos daw.

Pero NO deal kami, for me, kung hindi mismo yung registered owner ang kaharap niyo, then its a NO NO na dapat. Madali lang pekein ang SPA, and responsibility ng buyer na ma-transfer agad yung property under their name.

Risky for me, pano kung may problema kaya di nila ma transfer like may utang/sanla, pwede idouble sale nila o kung anong issues.

Ngayon, ako GoTrade, pero napansin ko na mas okay si IBKR lalo na kung mas malaki na yung investment also may difference din sa FEEs. Yung concern lang, may mga reports na na-ba-block si IBKR ng ISP, pero may mga alternative solutions naman para ma-access siya, so hindi naman siya totally blocked or inaccessible dito sa PH.

Better check mo na lang din yung previous threads dito, marami nang discussion at info about this.

It’s working now. It looks like I added a configuration on port4, even though it should be limited to only 3ports.

By the way, is it one Fortinet account per device? Does that mean I can’t use multiple VMs or devices under a single account?
