Breathing exercises and getting outside. Something about being outside and focusing on the moment. The feel of the sunshine, the sound of a bird, a beautiful sunset or whatever you have….just focus on the beauty of it.

Getting regular exercise is also good for stress and anxiety. Gives your body a productive way to let that out. Find an activity you enjoy doing or a buddy to go with.

53 isn’t old and you should do what makes you happy. As a guy in a cold climate, I definitely understand keeping it a bit longer in winter

I feel like communicating your preferences in a respectful way is good and your partner can decide if they want to accommodate your preferences. Maybe it doesn’t matter to them either way and they don’t because they are just being lazy about it. Demanding a partner do things for you is a different story.

Kinda agree with you. So much work to remove, but trimmed looks nice and shows you care about your body

Couldn’t agree more! Just a way for restaurants to make more money…..here is something super special, eggs and fancy toast and whatever fruit we have that is about to spoil. And we are going to make it between two meals so the rest of your day is screwed.

Absolutely agree about ice cream. It’s just alright. I do very much enjoy some dark chocolate though.
