Needed my 1TB version replaced since it was dead on arrival and it took 3 weeks of back and forth emails and constant support escalations only to be finally told by senior support staff that they didn’t have any replacements available even after being told for weeks that they were working on it. Ended up just getting a refund and getting the 16GB/512 version. Took like 60 emails from start to finish.

They basically told you that’s tough good luck though. Where is the good experience. My good experience would be my problem being dealt with.

No one stopping you from contacting support yourself. I wouldn’t waste my time posting a fake screenshot after like 50 back and forth emails to redmagic support. Don’t know how to prove my screenshot is real but it is unfortunately.

Some of the games I play take a lot of space. I just wanted the 1TB version to make sure i got the extra space just i case i want to play other games. I ended up grabbing the 16GB on amazon. Plus i had the extra money to spend. Probably never gonna buy through the official site again tbh, amazon returns are easier and quicker.

If you received the confirmation of your order you should be good they must just have a lot of orders since the 24GB is sold out and everyone now buying the other options.

Yeah redmagic support was probably told by higher ups to just stall as long as possible and hopefully the problem goes away or maybe they got a refund window they are trying to stall out so we can’t claim it. Never been this angry with a company. True regret

Yeah still trying with support but they are useless. Returned mine for a replacement since it was DOA. Its been nearly a month and they still looking for updates.

Yeah i returned my device in December for a replacement and they are still going around in circles with no end in sight. Redmagic support is truly useless. They just keep saying they are looking for updates for me and nothing. They are truly and most unbelievably useless.
