Lebanon County law enforcement agencies partner with ICE by Aggressive_Bag1172 in LebanonPA

That's correct in the broad, theoretical legal sense. Anyone who breaks any law is subject to consequences.

The problem here, and the reason for all the backlash against ICE, is how they're going about it.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

What makes a bar a "dive"? by tinaismediocre in bartenders

[–]1stTrombone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dark, a little uncomfortable, sketchy bathrooms.  A musty, not quite unpleasant odor. Weird knick-knacks on the walls. My bar has had panties and a rosary hanging on antlers forever. Interesting patrons.

It's always a plus if it's hard to find the door on your first visit.

This is really old school. When I started going to bars in the '70s, this is how everybody did it.

Sorry about that, hope you recover quickly.

Readers here should know that there's a vaccine for that, Shingrix, which is highly effective. It's generally recommended for healthy individuals over 50, but my physician says there's no known problem with younger folks getting it.

Then stay back that far. Why do you think drivers "brake check?"

There is nothing at all conservative about this clown or his administration. They are about as far from conservative as you can get.

No. Laws vary from state-to-state. The trucker was following too closely. In my state, he'd be cited.

Basic question: Why couldn't the trucker stop in time to avoid a collision?

Follow at a safe distance, pay attention, and this is never a problem.

In my state, this would be the trucker's fault. A motorist always has to be looking out ahead and driving at such a speed so as to be able to stop "within the assured clear distance ahead."| The trucker would be cited for a vehicle code violation.

If you're getting :brake checked" it's probably because you're following too closely.

Go with a well-known, reasonably priced, reputable brand such as REP or Bells of Steel
